Happy Thanksgiving

Our Kinder Turkeys had a fun day celebrating with a parade of turkeys, sharing soup with Mme Duff-Keats friends, and making our very first movie of our Thanksgiving stories!

We Are Thankful (Red Group)

Thanksgiving Celebrations are coming soon.  Today we read a story Thanks for Thanksgiving by Julie Markes.  We talked about all the things we are thankful for.


Liam is thankful for Thanksgiving.
Grace is thankful for her Mom and her sister and her Daddy.
Logan is thankful for his Nan and Christmas and Halloween.
Evie is thankful for her Mom and her Dad and her friend Kaziah.
Paul is thankful for Daddy and his sister.
Kingston is thankful for his mommy taking him to the park and reading him stories.
Zachary is thankful for playing at the big giant park.
Charlotte is thankful that her Poppy is going to pick her up at the bus today.
Brayden is thankful that his Mommy is taking him to his Nanny’s birthday.
Haydn is thankful for Halloween.
Avery is thankful that her Mommy and Daddy love her.
Ciara is thankful for her friends and her teachers and that they love her.
Siefaddeen is thankful for Eid.
Jerry is thankful for Halloween.
Brooklynn is thankful that her Mommy loves her.
Maria is thankful for her Nan and her Pop and her Mom and her Dad and her cat.
Jake is thankful for his brother helping him ride his dirt bike.
 Mrs. Fennemore is thankful for all her kindergarten friends.

Letter Ss Detectives

We are having fun listening for sounds.  They are everywhere! We went outside to search for the letter Ss.  Here is what we found.

We found stairs, a slide, sand, a straw, sticks, Sreya,  Seth, and Sara.

Today we met a new friend, Ruth.  She told us all about celebrations that were important to her.  She asked us about our favourite celebrations.  Here's what the kinderkids had to say:
