Healthy Teeth :: Our Experiment :: Day 1

Today we were being scientists. We were wondering about our teeth.  We talked about foods and drinks that are good for our teeth and foods that are bad for our teeth. We wondered about what would happen to our teeth if we didn't brush them.

We decided to make an experiment.  We pretended that an egg was a tooth.  Here is what we did:

Step 1

We poured soda in a cup. We poured apple juice in a cup. We poured water in a cup.

Step 2

We put an egg in each cup.

Step 3

We wait and look at it and investigate with our eyes. We drew pictures and wrote about what we saw.

Skype Play with Ms. Gatherall's Kinderkids!

The Blue Group made new friends today!  We met Ms. Gatherall's Kindergarten Class!  We could hear them but we could not see them.  Their webcam wasn't working today but we hope to see them when we skype them again on Monday!  Here is what we learned:

They had a Clifford Celebration.
They know the Pea Pod Press Song - just like us! We said it together!
They taught us a goodbye song. We sang it together.
